Application for REALTOR® Membership
I hereby apply for REALTOR® Membership in the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS®. I agree to abide by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics, which includes the duty to arbitrate, and the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® and State Association Constitution, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. I further agree, if required, to satisfactorily complete a reasonable and non-discriminatory written examination on such Code, Constitutions, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
I understand membership brings certain privileges and obligations that require compliance and my membership may be revoked if I do not complete the requirements within the timeframe established in the MCRAR Bylaws. I further understand that as a continued condition of membership, I will be required to complete periodic Code of Ethics training as specified in the MCRAR Bylaws.
Primary New Member Orientation & Code of Ethics Training (Required for all new Primary REALTOR® Members) I understand that I must take the NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION course within 120 days of joining the board. I understand that my continuance of membership is contingent upon my completion of Orientation and Code of Ethics. I understand my membership is provisional until I have completed orientation. Failure to satisfy this requirement shall be considered a violation of membership duty for which REALTOR® membership will be suspended until such time as the training is completed. This suspension includes MLS Access and Supra Key privileges. NAR Code of Ethics Acknowledgement of Receipt-Furthermore, I understand that I have received the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Required MLS Training (Required for MLS Access) StellarMLS will notify you of training requirements an time frames for completion.
New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® Paperless Billing New Smyrna Beach Board bills uses paperless billing, members can access and print invoices online at nsbbor.getlamps.net. Members who register with the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® are required to maintain a current/valid email address for notification of Board billing and events through our Member Communication System.
I acknowledge that if accepted as a member of New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® and I subsequently resign, or otherwise cause my membership to terminate, with an ethics complaint pending, the Board of Directors may condition renewal of my membership upon my certification that I will submit to the pending ethics proceeding and will abide by the decision of the Hearing Panel. If I resign, or otherwise cause my membership to terminate, the duty to arbitrate continues in effect even after my membership lapses or is terminated, provided the dispute arose while I was a REALTOR®.

If you are applying for Secondary membership only, please include a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association
Once the online Realtor® Member Applications have been completed and submitted for Approval, you will receive an email with the next steps in completing the membership process.
